Currently Transurb SA is organized into subunits with different activities such as:

• Trolley and Buses Operation and Maintenance Department (str. George Cosbuc no. 259);

• Trams Operation and Maintenance Department with Depot 1 (Energy Market) and Depot 2 (Traian barrier);

• ITP (Energy Market);

Also, Sc. Transurb Galati, has a total of 7 electrical substations as follows:

• SR1 (Cerealelor street);

• SR2 (Depot 1);

• SR3 (Flora);

• SR4 (Mittal Steel);

• SR5 (Depot 2);

• SR6 (City Valley);

• SR7 (Tiglina II);

The activity of these subunits is coordinated by functional departments which operates from the company headquarters on Basarabia street no.4.

Dispatching activity of vehicles in route is organized by the society and the central dispatchers or at the ends of the line:

1 - Dispatches:

• Central – Headquarters;

• Trolley and Buses Operation and Maintenance Department;

• Trams Operation and Maintenance Department;

2 - End of Lines:

• Gara CFR, Micro 19 – buses and trolleys, Micro 19 – trams, Micro 13, Tiglina III, Siretul Complex, Central Market, Parc CFR.
